1. About Elevate PMCert
Elevate PMCert provides professional training and educational services focused on project management certification preparation, including PMP® exam preparation, PMI-aligned training, coaching, mentoring, and related educational resources.
Elevate PMCert is independently operated and is not owned by the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMP® is a registered trademark of PMI.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or
- Have permission from a parent or legal guardian
By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Course Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in any Elevate PMCert course or program is subject to payment confirmation.
Pricing
All pricing displayed on our website is listed in:
- Jamaican Dollars (JMD), and/or
- United States Dollars (USD)
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Terms
By purchasing a course, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Provide valid payment information
- Complete payment before accessing course materials or sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
4. Refund Policy
Live Online Training
Refund requests for instructor-led live training must be submitted in writing before the start of the second scheduled class session.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Downloadable materials
- Recorded sessions
- Completed coaching sessions
- Administrative or registration fees
- Digital products already accessed
Missed Sessions
Students who miss sessions are responsible for catching up using provided materials where available. Missed classes do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Elevate PMCert.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Elevate PMCert, including:
- Course materials
- Videos
- Slides
- Branding
- Logos
- Graphics
- Documents
- Website content
is the intellectual property of Elevate PMCert unless otherwise stated and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written permission.
6. PMP® Exam Disclaimer
Enrollment in an Elevate PMCert course does not guarantee:
- PMP® certification
- PMP® exam eligibility approval
- Passing the PMP® exam
- Employment opportunities
Certification decisions are made solely by PMI.
Students are responsible for:
- Verifying eligibility requirements
- Completing PMI application requirements
- Scheduling and paying for PMI examinations

7. Student Conduct
Users agree to behave respectfully during classes, coaching sessions, and interactions with instructors or other students.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant who:
- Harasses others
- Uses abusive language
- Disrupts training sessions
- Shares inappropriate content
- Violates these Terms
No refunds will be issued for removals related to misconduct.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website or courses may contain links to third-party platforms or tools, including:
- Zoom
- Google Drive
- Payment processors
- PMI resources
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate PMCert shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of income or business opportunities
- Technical interruptions
- Examination outcomes
- Delays caused by third-party platforms
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
